I love this aspect about me — I work with anyone. Enhancement to full-blown rewrite, I'm in. I believe we all need what we need when we need it, so why would I limit who I let reach me? People come in confused, hurt, lost, eager — the emotions range a lot. But they leave determined. Energy lifted. Grounded. With a mood boost that LASTS. What I offer specifically is the depth of understanding who someone is through and through — and giving them personalized tools to journey on a better, more solid foundation. The ability to separate who you had to be from who you are and who you decide to become. That's the work.

Hi, I'm Monique. Reiki followed me until I was really ready to ground it — and now I'm ready to bring it fully into community and carry it further. I offer in-person and online sessions, and I show up to both the same way: flexible, present, and genuinely unconcerned with where you should be. You find me as you are — and it's my job as the practitioner to adjust and meet you in your healing. Whether that's a small enhancement or a full-blown rewrite, sign me up. Reiki followed me until I was really ready to ground it to help people consistently not just here and there. That's the honest version. It wasn't a dramatic moment of conversion — it was something that kept finding me, kept circling back, until I stopped moving away from it and let it land. I've helped a lot of people along the way. And now I'm here: ready to root this work more deeply, join a community, and bring everything I've gathered into one place. That's the whole story. Sometimes the path is less about searching and more about finally saying yes to what's already been walking beside you.

I'll be honest — healing is hard. It asks you to look directly at the pain. That's tough. But this will be the most freeing, fulfilling process you'll always be grateful you chose to do. And you don't do it alone: you get someone to sit with you in the mud. What a beautiful thing to have in your most precious pain. 💖 Sessions can look different depending on what you need — sometimes it's you speaking the pain while I work energetically; sometimes it's quiet, more meditative; sometimes it's a vivid walk-through, which is my default unless you'd prefer stillness. In person or online, I adjust to you. Book when you're ready. I'll meet you there.
Pricing ranges from $44-$329
It’s client based. Sometimes it’s the client speaking the pain while I energetically pick the energy clean and stabilize it. Other times it’s quiet work where it’s more meditation. And others it’s a vivid walk through, this is the default method I use unless they prefer quiet.
This is not a substitute for any government medical service, this is a very different spiritually based energetically service and should very well be treated as such.
